Q: I'm not sure how to design a banner. Can you help?
A. You may use one of our thousands of design templates, or our customer service department can help you upload your logos, photographs and other images. Each design will be fully customizable so you may change the color, the font and layout as many times as you like before the job is printed.
Q: What kind of artwork files do you need?
A. We accept JPEG, PDF, TIFF files of 300 dpi or more. For further direction, call our Customer Service Department, or follow the easy instructions for uploading artwork on the website.
Q: Will my vinyl banner be suitable for outdoor use?
A. Yes. Our durable, high quality banners will survive outdoor use with minimal maintenance.
Q: What are your prices?
A. Visit our Home Page and click on Show Prices for full-color, 2-color, 1-color banners in various sizes.
Q: How long will my banner last?
A. Your banner will last for years if properly installed and/or stored.
Q: How will my banner be shipped?
A. Your order will be shipped via UPS. The shipping cost is calculated by multiplying the product's weight by the cost per lb, then adding that to the minimum cost per shipment. Weight must always be rounded up to the next whole pound.
